Subscription Agreement

About AP Plus

AP Plus is an optional auto‑renewable subscription that unlocks cosmetic features such as an alternate app icon and a star badge next to your chat name. It is not required to use AP Transit’s core functionality, which remains free.

Price and billing

AP Plus is $2.99 per month and includes a 7‑day free trial for eligible new subscribers. In the iOS app, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. In a web browser, payment is processed by Stripe. Prices may vary by region and platform and are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.

Free trial

If you do not cancel during the 7‑day free trial, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Auto‑renewal

The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing and cancelling

On iOS, manage your subscription and turn off auto‑renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings (App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions) after purchase. For web subscriptions, cancel through the billing page provided at checkout. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Purchases made through the iOS App Store are subject to Apple’s refund policy and are handled by Apple. Web (Stripe) purchases are non‑refundable for the current period except where required by law. Cancelling does not provide a refund for the current period.

Apple EULA

Use of the iOS app and any auto‑renewable subscription purchased through it is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
